The new approach to the evaluation of education quality based on comprehensive virtualization of the learning process´s sample is represented in [1-2]. Investigation of this approach during the course study "The theory of information", showed the possibility of forming independent assessment of education quality, which makes the process of studying adjust to the level of knowledge and students´ skills. The software complex of impartial evaluation of cognitive abilities and skills, which was made during the investigation, for the first time solves the problem of measuring knowledge quantums.

The active score, formed by the complex, allows to quantitatively define the extra expenses, which are necessary for achieving a certain level of studying process regarding each student. These expenses vary in accordance with an established scale of rates. This enables the adjustment of education programs and methods of teaching to the learners´ level of studying potential in class as well as individually.

Information about the phase space of general evaluation turns into reality the operational modernization of the methods of teaching concerning students´ potential of learning and their skills.

General information about the features of estimation, formed with the means of software complex provides available adaptive modernization of educational programs and strategies of teaching both in ordinary systems and systems of distance education. Software complex includes: factors of actual estimate, phase space of general evaluation, average quantitative space of general assessment, entropy space of making decisions, average entropy space of general evaluation.

Interface of software complex consists of three windows:

  1. Registration window (key window). Student can log in here, choose the test variant and environment of testing: mode of verification and mode of self -checking. Timing generator isn´t enabled in the mode of self - checking.
  2. Testing window. Testing is done in this window, which is made of question bars and answers bars. Answers are icons saved in files in bmp. format. The size of answer icon can be modified in the setup window.
  3. Setup window. Only supervisors and other authorized persons have access to this window. Here one may edit the list of variants (in hands off or manual mode), install the mode of variant choice (self-acting or manual), open/close results of testing, open the setup window of answer icons.

Quantum of knowledge is figured out from the time used for the test and the number of correct answers.
