APPROACHES TO THE ASSESSMENT OF IMPACT FINANCIAL POLICY OF RUSSIA ON THE EFFICIENCY OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC REFORMS IN SOCIETY

The article is devoted problems a combination of acceptable levels of economic growth and maintain social welfare guarantees of the population in contemporary Russian society. The aim is to identify conditions for the effective growth of the state at the formation of socially oriented financial policy of the Russian Federation. Presented analysis of empirical and statistical data on key areas of direct social benefits – pensions, grants and scholarships, and reflects the dynamics of these indicators over a five year period. Are considered indicators that characterize the living standards and the degree of stratification of Russian society. Actualized the need for the formation of the modern model of state regulation of economy, combining policy laissez faire and paternalistic obligation to the people of the country in terms of increased efficiency using of public funds. Expressed the author’s point of view on the development prospects of the domestic economy in light of the construction of an open relationship with the international community and from the standpoint of Russia’s accession to the WTO. The note importance value of integration of Russia in the framework of the Customs Union and Single Economic Space with Belarus and Kazakhstan for its entire economy. Based on research author builds a forecast dynamic of social and economic performance in Russia.
